How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item you purchased please contact Customer Service at 1-310-327-4321 or customerservice@foamerica.com

  • We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
  • You will be responsible for returning the item to our Return Center:
    • 106 W. Gardena Blvd., Carson CA 90248
    • Please be sure to write your RA number on the package you are returning.
    • Please make sure the product is well packaged and will not get damaged while being sent back to us.
    • The item returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging to receive a refund.
    • You are responsible for the original and return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different product from our store we can waive a portion (or all of the restocking). Please contact us for details.
