This pick-n-pluck foam insert is sized specifically for the Pelican M50 Micro Case, part of Pelican's Micro Case Series built for compact essentials like phones, keys, multitools, and small electronics. This listing is the foam insert only - the case itself is sold separately in four colors.

The foam ships as a solid 1.5" x 4.5" x 7.5" block scored into 1/4" pluck squares, so you remove only the sections your gear needs and leave the rest intact for a snug, custom-molded fit. This is the same pick-n-pluck system used across Pelican's Micro Cases line, just cut to the M50's interior dimensions.

Sized only for the M50. If you have the M40 or M60 case instead, use the M40 pick-n-pluck foam or M60 pick-n-pluck foam instead - the three sizes are not interchangeable.

This foam insert requires the Pelican M50 Micro Case, available in Black Clear, Black Solid, Clear Blue, and Clear Yellow. The M50 is IP67-rated: waterproof, crushproof, and dustproof, with dual latches, a padlock hole, and an O-ring seal, rated for submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Does this include the M50 case?

No. This is the foam insert only. The M50 Micro Case is sold separately and required to use this foam.

What size is the M50 pick-n-pluck foam?

It ships as a 1.5" x 4.5" x 7.5" block, pre-scored into 1/4" pluck squares you remove by hand to shape your layout.

Will this foam fit the M40 or M60 Micro Case?

No. Each Micro Case size uses its own foam. Use the M40 foam or M60 foam for those cases instead.

Can I re-shape the foam after I've plucked it?

Once a square is removed it can't be put back, but pluck foam is designed to be shaped gradually, so test-fit your gear before pulling out more sections than you need.

What is the M50 Micro Case used for?

It's built for compact, essential items, phones, keys, multitools, and small electronics, with an IP67 waterproof, crushproof, and dustproof rating.
